At Belle Amour Studio we strive to provide high-quality skincare products that are effective and safe for our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or experience an allergic reaction, please review the following return policy.
1. Returns for Allergic Reactions: If you experience an allergic reaction to any product purchased from our online store, please follow these steps:
Report within 14 Days: You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product.
Provide Photos if possible: You will need to take clear photos of the affected area and the product. This documentation is required to process the return.
Return the Product: The product must be returned to us, and it must be at least 80% full to be eligible for a return. We will provide refund for the shipping once we receive the product back 80% full.
Return Instructions: Please send the product back to us using a trackable method. We recommend keeping the tracking number for your records.
2. Store Credit: For allergic reactions, no refunds for change of mind. We will issue store credit for the value of the product once we have received and processed the return. Store Credit: Once your return is approved, we will issue you store credit equivalent to the value of the product. This credit will be available for use on any future purchase on our website.
Expiry: Store credit must be used within 6 months from the date of issuance.
4. Consumer Rights Under New Zealand Law
In accordance with New Zealand's Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA) and the Fair Trading Act, you are entitled to a remedy if the product is faulty or does not meet the guarantees under these laws. If a product is defective or does not perform as expected, you may be entitled to a full refund or replacement. However, if you simply change your mind or experience an allergic reaction, the return policy above will apply.
5. Exclusions
Products that have been used beyond the point of reasonable testing or tampered with may not be eligible for return.
Products purchased through sales, promotions, or clearance may have different return conditions.

Belfast is just 5 minutes from the Northwood, Merivale and Fendalton areas, in the heart of Christchurch!

We stock Aspect Skincare, Image Skincare and Cosmedix in retail.
For treatments we use the 3 above along with, BioRePeel, SkinPen, and Esthemax.

Anywhere from 2 - 3 years before needing a touch up. This depends on skin type and how products you’ve used on the tattoo over that time. The touch up is mainly to avoid the ink from going ashy or warm over time.

2-3 weeks is normal. I offer a 4 week infill to the odd people that can make them last that long.

4-6 weeks (depending on skin care used at home.) Your tint will fade before 6 weeks however you can come top your colour up.

No. Because of the way each hair was cut straight across, it can feel it. But it’s the exact same texture and colour as it was before Dermaplaning.

No lash artist/appointment should take less than this if being done correctly and to a high standard.

Please no children under the age of 12 in clinic.
We want you to relax during your appointment.
The treatment rooms are too small for more than 2 people in the room, and we cannot leave them unaccompanied in the reception area. The clinic isn’t appropriate for little ones including thing such as sharps bin, needles, and blood.
